Fayose charges Ekiti residents
The outgoing Governor of Ekiti state, Ayodele Fayose has appealed to residents of the state to give maximum support to the incoming administration of Kayode Fayemi.
He said this on Friday, October 12 at his last state executive council meeting held at the executive chamber of the new Governor's office in Ado Ekiti.
He also officially handed over the instruments of governance to the state's head of service Gbenga Faseluka.
Fayose said he wants to be remembered as the Governor of the people who strived daily for the betterment of the state.
Members of the executive council also used the opportunity to appreciate the opportunity given them by the outgoing Governor to serve the state.
They also shower encomiums on the outgoing Governor for his achievements in office.
