The Senate President, Dr. Abubakar Bukola Saraki has just been accorded a heroic reception by the mammoth crowd of supporters and admirers that gathered at Ilorin International Airport to welcome him to Ilorin,  his hometown, after the Supreme Court discharged and acquitted him of allegations of false assets declaration.

The Senate President has asked his supporters to be patient as he will soon make known his future political moves. 

Saraki stated this while fielding questions from journalists at the Ilorin international airport on his first visit to Kwara state after his victory at the supreme court over his code of conduct tribunal trial. 

He thanked the people for standing by him during the trial, adding that the time is not ripe for him to disclose his next move as his visit to the state is only to thank the people of the state for their support especial during his trial. 

Some of the crowd who could not hide their joy noted that the contribution of Saraki to the development of the state and the country in general cannot be quantified, adding that he did not deserve to be victimized.
