Gboyega Isiaka harps on job creation
As part of efforts aimed at addressing the rate of unemployment in Ogun state and by extension, in Nigeria, the governorship candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ogun state, Gboyega Isiaka has pledged to create emerging opportunities that will lead to massive job openings for Ogun people.
He made this known when he visited the Egba Traditional council in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital, notifying the monarchs of his intention to govern the state.
In his address, Isiaka said he will capitalize on education and entrepreneurship, support for the vulnerable among others to ensure Ogun people are engaged.
Reeling out his plans of action, the governorship candidate amongst others promised to strengthen local governments in a bid to effectively carry out their duties.
On his part, the Alake and Paramount ruler of Egbaland, Oba Adedotun Gbadebo prayed and wished the governorship candidate well in his pursuit to govern the state.
