Speaker of the Delta state House of assembly Hon. Sheriff  Oborevwori has called on the people of Okpe kingdom to promote peace and unity in fostering good working relationship with the Okowa-led administration.

He made the remarks at the state house of assembly while receiving youths and leaders from Sapele who paid him a visit.

Addressing the over a hundred youths and chiefs, the speaker spoke on the need for unity in Okpe kingdom where he hails from.

Speaking further, he promised to work with the youths to move the state forward, as the chairman of Sapele local government called on members of the assembly to support the governors re-election.

The youths and community chiefs also used the opportunity to  dance and rejoice with the speaker on his appointment by other lawmakers.
