The signing of PEACE Accord by Governor Uba Sani with bandits is already creating a safe way for peaceful atmosphere in the state.

His predecessor, former Governor Elrufai during his tenure had vowed never to have any peace deal with bandits in the state.

Although,with all strategies put in place, bandits continue to unlease terror in the lives of the people in the state which became a major concern for the state government.

Governor Uba Sani thinking differently says signing a peace accord with your enemy would have them accountable especially when things go wrong.

This thinking has manifested as four children of a young man, Kidnapped in Milinnium city were promptly released and handed over to the family, even as ransom of 25 million Naira demanded by bandits was never paid.

The National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, who commended Governor Uba Sani for his leadership in ensuring the safe rescue of kidnapped victims in Kaduna.

Mr Ribadu gave the commendation while handing over another set of rescued victims to the governor And lauded Mr Sani for his leadership, encouragement, and support for the entire security sector in Nigeria.

In his response, Mr Sani attributed the success of the Kaduna Model to the trust and sincerity of the people working within the security agencies. He noted that the bandits had realised that the government was genuine in its approach, leading to their willingness to cooperate.

The governor also pledged to continue partnering with relevant security agents under the office of the NSA.
