Corporate affairs commission has deployed a newly upgraded registration portal in line with the new guidelines of CAMA Acts 2020.

The feat is one of the achievements of the Alhaji Garba Abubakar led administration of the commission in the last one year.

Addressing journalists on his achievement during the period under review, registrar general of the Corporate Affairs Commission, Garba Abubakar said the new portal has being in use since January 3rd, 2021, and no data loss so far.

He added that the portal has all the information of all existed and accredited customers of the commission while urging all existing account holders to revalidate their registration on or before the end of March 2021.

The registrar general said the registration has been simplified as it can be done electronically through the newly deployed portal.

The CAC boss, however, said the commission is committed to paying more surpluses from the generated revenue into the government's account, as over 2.7 billion naira surplus was paid last year.

The Registrar said unlike before when all kinds of system are being used, all registrations are now being put in one consolidation by using one portal for all registration and get the certificate and other documents electronically.
